Handmade Traditional Soft-Soled Maccasins

- guaranteed for one year
- handmade in our family shop in Upstate, New York
- traditional construction uses no thread, elastic, plastic, or cloth
- the stitch lacing is a round natural cowhide unless otherwise requested
- the tying laces included are modern nylon because they are much easier to tie, and last longer
- leather tying laces can be added for free, just askTHE LEATHER - Strong, top-grain buckskin. Measures 4-5 oz. 1.5-2.5mm thick. Every hide is different. These are wild animal hides, with a variation in markings, thickness, and shades, giving the leather character that you could never find in mass-produced clones.THE CONSTRUCTION - I don't use thread. The boots are stitched together with round cowhide leather lacing. I make most sizes for men and women. If you need something special, just ask! I use one modern upgrade: modern laces. Leather laces wear out and get broken more often. If you would rather have real leather laces, just ask!
